    Payment

    All prices are listed in United States Dollars (US$) and all payments will be charged in US dollars regardless of what country you are buying from.

    Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your order because you changed your mind we will withhold the banking fee charged to us by PayPal and refund the rest. The withheld amount is approximately 3.6% of your total amount paid.

    For USA orders NO TAXES are charged by us.

    On Platinum Series vinyl wrap purchases you may be charged Duty and/or Taxes when it arrives to you.
    This is a charge by the government not by us nor the shipping company – such as FedEx. The shipping company will bill you for duties if any, and you have to pay before they make final delivery! For Canadian orders GST or HST will be charged depending on your Province’s rate and rules, we suggest Canadians make purchases on our Canadian website www.carwrapsupplier.ca where you can pay in CAD and not be charged exchange rates and fees by your bank/credit card.

    For all international orders – other than USA & Canada – we don’t charge taxes (VAT) but your customs may do so! You are responsible to pay those duties, taxes and any other fees associated with importing your purchase into your country. If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and your order gets sent back to us or is discarded by the shipper or customs, we will only refund as much money as left over from our shipping, handling and other costs associated with your order.

    All payments are processed through our payment processors such as PayPal, Shop Pay (Shopify's payment processor) or any other processor available and chosen by you during the checkout & payment process at time of purchase. When you purchase a product on www.carwrapsupplier.com the actual payment is done through the Payment Processor (such as PayPal or Shop Pay) website that is run on their server. This is the safest method to guard your information as we don’t handle the payment transaction and all credit card banking information is entered on their highly secure website. We don’t see neither keep your banking/credit card information on our website or servers. All of these information are stored by the payment processors. The only information we have access to is the address that you input yourself, your name, phone number; and potentially your credit card’s last 4 digits and expiration date.

    Order Cancellation & Refunds

    We will make all efforts to stop any orders that have not shipped out yet, but once it is shipped, we can't cancel an order as we are unable to "recall" a shipment. Usually orders that have already shipped out may not have a tracking number until the next day.
    If your cancellation is due to your order being out of stock or we did not ship out the item within 5 business days you will receive a full 100% refund if you wish to cancel your order.
    For cancellations that are not our fault, but you simply changed your mind we will withhold the banking fee charged to us by the payment processor (as we don't get refunded for it) used at time of purchase and refund the rest. The withheld amount is variable depending on what processor and what credit card was used, but is approximately 3% - to 3.7% of your total amount paid. Refunds can only be issued back through the original payment method and account used at time of purchase.

    Shipping

    Shipping times are not guaranteed! Processing (cutting & packaging) is 1 to 5 business days. Shipping is up to 5 business days after processing, so it can take up to 2 business weeks to get your order from your purchase date. Our free shipping is ground shipping service which does not have any delivery time guarantees by the shipping companies. We only process orders for shipping during the week and also only ship during the week from Monday to Friday. Any orders between Friday 10:00 EST and Sunday 24:00 EST will be processed on Monday & Tuesday of the following week.

    As soon as we have the shipping tracking number, we will email it to you as a link. Sometimes the tracking number did not fully make it’s way through the tracking system at the time you receive our “Your CWS order shipped” email with the tracking link, so it may show as “Not found”. Check again later in the evening or the next day.

    Any shipment marked as delivered by the courier, is considered a successful delivery, and CWS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages beyond this point. Please call the shipping company and the police to file a complaint.
    Sometimes, high value items will require a signed delivery and may be temporarily held for pickup if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Other items may be left unattended in a secure location, at the discretion of courier's driver.

    Receiving Damaged Merchandise

    While we try our best to package merchandise in a way that prevents shipping damage, there will always be the rare occasion of something going wrong.

    If a product is delivered damaged please DO NOT use or install the item(s) yet!

    Take clear images of: package, package labels and product which will be included in our Shipping & Delivery warranty form so our team can instruct you on the next steps.

    Using or installing visibly damaged merchandise without our instruction to do so, signifies that the item arrived in acceptable condition for your use and will not be replaced or refunded by CWS nor the manufacturer.

    Returns

    Vvivid vinyls: XPO, Premium+, Ultra-Gloss, Architectural and Tints have a 30 day return policy. Only unused, uncut vinyl is returnable in its original, undamaged condition. If you don't like the color or finish or changed your mind for any other reason, you can return it for a refund.

    You are responsible for return shipping. A 10% restocking fee and possibly our initial shipping fee will be withheld from any refunds, this will be determined on a case by case basis. The returned vinyl must be in the same condition as delivered for a refund.

    CYS Platinum series vinyls are not eligible for returns.

    If you are not sure about any of the vinyl films or about wrapping, please contact us with your questions and concerns before placing an order. We are here to serve You as best as we can!

    Vinyl films from CWS are sold only as described on this website. No changes or alterations can be made once the vinyl is shipped.

    Exchanging vinyl rolls.

    Exchanges are possible for Vvivid Vinyls only, if you want to change the color or even the type within 30 days of your original order delivery date. Exchange can only be done if the vinyl has not been used or cut yet. You can only exchange for the same same value or more by paying the price difference. You can change the color and even the style if you wish. We will charge the shipping costs to return the vinyl to our warehouse and then the charge to send the replacement back to you with an additional 5% handling fee. If you are exchanging for a more expensive vinyl we will also charge the difference. All exchanged vinyl rolls have to return to us and be inspected by us before we send out the replacement. Usually the whole exchange process takes 1.5 to 3 weeks depending on your location.

    CYS Platinum series vinyl films can not be exchanged.

    Defective vinyl films and wrong items received

    CWS will replace, or exchange manufacturer’s defective vinyl films (only for those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative) or if the wrong style and/or color or length of film has been sent. All complaints about vinyl defects or wrong items received have to be proven with pictures! You must send us an email with pictures of the defect or color/style difference along with the issues/problems. You must inform us about defects, wrong items, wrong colors, and shortages within 2 weeks (14 days) from receipt of order. After 14 days of acceptance of your order shipment from the courier the order is considered complete.

    No replacements, exchanges or refunds issued after product is fully installed. Please note that products ordered at different times may be from different dye-lots, therefore we can not guarantee a 100% color shade or pattern match. Damage to clear-coat and/or car paint is not under warranty by either CWS or the manufacturers of vinyl films, as it can be caused by many different factors, such as a damaged clear coat or paint, low quality paint job, repainted surfaces (not OEM paint) or wrong installation and/or removal technique. Please read our installation instructions for proper vinyl film removal techniques and procedures to avoid any damage to paint.
